breakfast
banana sliced in 1/2 w/ almond butter smeared on each 1/2 and sprinkled w/ granola. I usually have oatmeal but my kids both decided they didn't want to finish their bananas and they don't store very well (the bananas, not the kids)and since I hadn't eaten yet I figured I'd go ahead and eat them. ( again..the bananas, not the kids...that wouldn't be very vegan of me )

lunch
slice of homemade ww toast, gorbanzo beans sauted w/ garlic, kalmata olives and nutritional yeast and fresh tomato sauce on top ( got the sauce recipe out of my Vegan Planet cookbook...so good!!! )

So, I've just eaten an avocado, and pie and chips are in the oven (will have cabbage with it)!! MMMMmmmm.
