Breakfast

Banana
Grapes
Apple and mango juiceLunch (I went out so it is mostly snack type food I bought there!)

Organic quinoa snap thing (quinoa, brown rice syrup, sesame seeds all stuck together in a snap type thing)
Organic coconut Bar (coconut, brown rice syrup)
Two fruit strips (apple and blackberry/apple and rasperry flavoured)
Paprika soya crisps
Salt and black pepper parsnip chips
French fry things.Dinner

Zedz food "Herb and Aubergine (eggplant)" burger, on two rolls/cobs with mayonnaise and dark green lettuce
Two packets of salted potato chips
Two rows of white chocolate (made me feel sick, don't feel very well!)Rubbish day today...only because I went out most of the day though. I got my new recipe book today, so hopefully some new tasty recipes I'll get to try soon. ;)

breakfast: everything bagel w/ earth balance, chocolate soymilk, green tea

snack: apple

lunch: four bean salad, cucumber slices w/ creamy dill dressing, mint chocolate

possibly the most delicious snack I have ever had: fruit salad (banana, mango & pear) covered in key lime soy yogurt, coffee w/ soy creamer

dinner will be: salad (leaf lettuce, carrot, sunflower seeds, bacos, vinaigrette), "meat"loaf, cornbread

after work: a drink or three

B: 2 slices wholemeal multi-seed toast with pb & jam, a banana and a glass of fortified soya milk.

S: Another banana and an apple.

L: A baked potato, 1 cup of chilled tomato & avocado soup (home-made and absolutely the most horrible thing I have ever tasted, ever :eek: way too much salt and lemon juice, I think...).

S: An apple and a couple of cooked betroots, another glass of soya milk. And a dark chocolate coated marzipan bar on the way home from work :o

D: Home-made pindi chole with brown rice. Half a large mango for dessert.

Jeez, I did not eat well today. I'm quite ashamed, but I'll post anyway.

-Chocolate Silk soy milk
-Clif chocolate chip energy bar
-Sourdough bagel
-Cinnamon and sugar pita chips
-Stirfried vegetables (carrot, potato, broccoli, onion, capsicum)
-White rice
-Vanilla Soy Delicious
-Kettle chips
-Soy and flax Corn Thins
-Sweetened hibiscus flowers
-Pineapple juice
-Strawberry soy yogurt

I'm going to go make something healthy for dinner, maybe chickpea curry and I'll follow that up with a kiwi. I also spent 2 hours in the gym this morning, so I don't feel TOO bad. I'm just trying to avoid the inevitable sugar crash at this point.

Tomorrow will be better. I promise myself.

Don't blush!! Nothing wrong with chocolate coated marzipan!

Remember, for people who don't know, fruit is best eaten on an empty stomach as it is digested quick. If you eat it after a meal it will just sit there, and by the time it is digested it won't be as nutritous. ;)

chocolate tortilla chips

2 cups echinacea tea
cup irish breakfast tea
an apple
cup lemon herbal tea

pasta w/ sauce and mock "ricotta"
corn w/ earth balance, parsley, garlic powder
cranberry -blueberry juice

Finally, I had a pretty good day today!

Breakfast: smoothie with fresh orange juice, 1 mango, and 1 banana.

Lunch: bowl of curried carrot and sweet potato soup with some plain tortilla chips on the side. A few pieces of chocolate

Supper: Red lentils with brown rice, stir-fried with kale and onions. Six vegetable gyozas

Dessert: some organic strawberries dipped in raw agave nectar. Cup of vanilla nut creme tea.

What a delcious sounding day veganwitch!!

Today:

1 cup of Nirvana tea.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 tomato sandwich (with Earthbalance and salt & pepper) on wholewheat.
1 oatmeal cookie.

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 piece of dark chocolate.

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

1 home-made burrito (wholewheat tortilla, refried beans, avocado, fresh tomato, vegan cheese, salsa).
A few tortilla chips on the side.

1 cup of vanilla/maple tea.
1 Belsoy caramel pudding cup.
2 oatmeal cookies.

1 cup of Earl Grey tea with soy milk.
1 bowl of Optimum Zen Cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 tomato sandwich (with earthbalance, salt and pepper) on wholewhat.

1 maple granola bar.

About 1 litre of water throughout the day.

1 home-made burrito (wholewheat tortilla, avocado, Yves ground veggie "chicken", organic red pepper strips, slices of mushroom, vegan cheese, salsa).
A few Alexa Rosemary & Olive Oil Potato Wedges on the side with ketchup.

About to have a cup of maple/vanilla tea and a Belsoy chocolate pudding cup and probably a couple of squares of dark chocolate as well.

I almost made those for supper tonight, but opted for a frozen dinner instead lol. But tomorrow, I'm totally making oven fries again!!!

Today:

Breakfast: a container of organic strawberries (about 12) and a sliced banana with raw agave nectar for dipping

Lunch: leftover kale/brown rice stir-fry with 6 vegetable gyozas

Afternoon: cup of vanilla nut creme tea

Supper: Amy's frozen dinner

i'll have to make sure i eat a whole lot more tomorrow.

- smoothie: 2 bananas, an apple, handful of parsley, some lettuce, almondmilk
- mix of nuts
- a mountain of potatoes, some lettuce,
lentils with kidneybeans, I forgot what else
- 2 portions of pickled gherkins and a small chips with curryketchup (I went out with some mates to some bars till late, it was the only thing available)

We were hiking in Cinque Terre yesterday and today - no real meal times, just snacking when we were having a break.

yesterday:
3 coffees during the day
3 wholewheat rolls with tomato puree + cucumber slices
cherry tomatoes
2 bananas
tangerine
chocolate muffin
1/2 pizza marinara

today:
2 coffees during the day
2 multiseeded rolls
2 apples
banana
4 squares of dark chocolate
pasta with spinach, tomatoes + pine nuts

I have dieted for 3 weeeksish now. Never weigh myself but I sure look better (thinner!)

However today I decided to have a bit of a day off because I am full of cold! Grr. Maybe lack of energy/nutrition brought that on lol

I had

2coffees with non dairy creamer

a huge salad with vegan mayo and olive oil, and a crusty bread roll.
3 rice crackers.

Later on, I made a huge vat of tomato soup and have almost finished it...
and I had a few potato wedges with ketchup.

mint-chocolate decaf latte with soy milk

asparagus-mushroom-avocado sushi with soy sauce and a little ginger

organic salad (baby spinach, tomato, green bell pepper, scallion, radish, ground flax seeds, nutritional yeast, salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar)
some bread with a slice of smoked tofurkey
a little bit of chocolate
