Not a good day today, no fresh food at all (I didn't leave the house and I'm out of fresh fruit :():

Late breakfast/lunch: sprouted flour-free bagel, half with tofutti herb cream cheese and the other half with earthbalance

Snack: 1 dried pineapple ring

Supper: bowl of vegetable curry (potatoes, carrots and onion) over white rice, and 6 vegetable gyozas

I gotta get to the store!

Today:

1 cup of Earl Grey tea with soy milk.
1 bowl of Optimum Zen cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 tomato sandwich (with Earthbalance, salt & pepper) on wholewheat.

1 coffee with Silk creamer.
1 maple granola bar.

About 1 litre of water through the day.

Some baked tortilla chips with melted vegan cheese and salsa (nacho style).
1 Yves Penne bowl.
A big handful of corn twists.

1 cup of maple vanilla tea.
2 cups of herbal tea made by my friend (I can't remember exact ingredients, but it included dandelion root and licorice).
1 cup of chocolate spice tea
(Hope I don't wet the bed!! :D )

2 pieces of wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and agave nectar.
1 Belsoy chocolate pudding cup.

yesterday...

breakfast: wheat bagel w/ grape jelly, oj, coffee w/ soymilk

lunch: canteloupe-banana smoothie, four bean salad

dinner: chips & salsa, taco salad (refried beans, grilled onions & peppers, lettuce, tomato & guacamole in a tortilla shell...they made it wrong the first two times and I had to get the poor waiter to take it back...)

yesterday:

a banana, 2 kiwis, peach alpro yoghurt

2 small scrambled tofu sandwiches (scrambled tofu had mashed cauliflower and mixed veggies in it) in whole meal bread with yeast extract and avocado..best scrambled tofu I've made yet! :)

a lot of pumpkin seeds
lots of orange juice mixed with water

I've got a bad cold and lost my sense of smell so I dont really want to make anything elaborate as I wont be able to taste it.Maybe I'll make aubergine soup today from one of the cookbooks I ordered...

I forgot I ate loads of raspberries yeaterday too, and maybe another banana actully...I always forget some stuff! :p

two slices of toast with vegan marg and lemon marmalade

moroccan spicy veg tangine with couscous

Breakfast: I wasn't very hungry this morning so I just had 2 strawberry Alpro yogurts and some drief fruit.

Lunch: Went to Pizza Express with the family. Had a large pizza with leeks, peppers, onion, tomato and olives. We also ordered olives as a starter.

Dinner: Heated up leftover lentil curry (courtesy of Cherry's website :) ) and 2 poppadums.

Throughout the day I've drunk roughly 3 cups of tea (each cup with 3 teaspoons of sugar) and 1 mug of coffee. No water again.

lunch:
lentil, carrot + orange soup
toasted ciabatta bread

afternoon:
shared a huge portion of chocolate and strawberry icecream with a nice guy :)

dinner:
wholewheat pasta with tomatoes, spinach, garlic + olives
radicchio + cucumber salad

OJ
english muffin w/ earth balance & orange marmalade
2 cups yerba mate tea
cup kyoto mint green tea

2 1/2 tofu slices (breaded & fried) w/ tartar sauce
mashed potatoes w/ chives
butternut squash w/ black pepper
cranberry-pomegrante juice

earl grey tea
apple cinnamon muffin

2 weetabix + soya milk + sliced banana + seeds
an apple and some mixed nuts
a pastie with cabbage, boiled potatoes, green beans and baby carrots
some pineapple chunks
Drinks: a small glass of OJ. 1 mug green tea, 1 mug black coffee, 1 mug camomile tea, a 500ml bottle of fizzy water

breakfast: grapenuts w/ soymilk, canteloupe

snack: coffee w/ soy creamer

lunch: tortilla chips, frozen meal of veggie korma over rice pilau

snack: red grapes, plum, chocolate soymilk

dinner: tofu burger on wheat toast w/ ketchup, spicy mustard & pickles, sauteed cabbage & baby carrots, mint chocolate

Awful awful day today, I'm too busy to stop and eat! (see the procrastination thread for more info :p )

Breakfast: multigrain bagel wtih margarine

Lunch: 16 oz fresh orange juice from the juice bar

Snack: 2 dark chocolate bars (it's the only vegan thing in the campus convenience store :o )

Supper: nothing yet, I'm still at school studying. I'll probably have leftover curry when I get home.

lunch and dinner were both the same, leftover homemade chili and cornbread from last night. Good thing we like it because we'll be eating it again tomorrow!

Today:

1 home-made mini-nachos (baked tortilla chips, Amy's medium chilli with vegetables, vegan cheese, salsa)
1 cup of corn twists.

I was at home today, so probably only had 1/2 litre of water throughout the day.

1 Veggie "chicken" breast in Tuscan tomato marinade.
baked baby red potatoes sprinkled with Italian herbs.
steamed organic green beans and organic carrots.

I'm going to eat some Kettle Korn and have a diet pop while I watch a DVD.

That meal sounds lovely! What dvd did you watch? Aren't I nosy :p

pnb & fluff sandwich on wheat bread
a minneola
at least 3 cups ecinachea tea

yves burger on wheat bread w/ soy cheddar, onions, relish, mustard, ketchup
cocoa spice tea (hadn't had this in a long time and Roxy recently made me crave it :) thanks for the inspiration!)
2 homeade apple cinnamon muffins (small ones...really ;) )

I would have eaten more but I went to bed at 8 :eek:

Had a quite gross day eating myself. Nothing totally healthy consumed :(
Pretty damn sick so I just ate whatever was around lol.

1/2 vegetable bullion cube with Rice cake at lunch, followed by a stawberry twizzlers binge :o [ahh not good!] and a handful of cheerios here and there. Im planning on eating some plain white rice and a vegiburger for dinner.
Tomorrow will be healthier, promise ;]

i've been eating crap for about the last 5 days so i'm back to (slightly more) healthy eating today:

porridge with soya milk, coffee

houmous with cucumber and carrot sticks
3 clementines

half a Cashew Cookie Lara bar

spaghetti bolognese
1 pear

1 digestive biscuit with a decaf coffee

water throughout the day

2 linda macartney veggie sausages grilled, and in sarnies with brown sauce.

2 bananas, 1 apple.

1 raw carrot, a few raw cabbage leaves, some pumpkin and sunflower seeds, a few pinenuts, 3 kalamata olives (too salty for any more), half a dozen dried apricots. & small glass of red wine

a few mugs of tea
a few mugs of No Caf

Brunch - homemade falafel

Dinner - soup made from spring greens, potatoes, onions and garlic, half liquidised, half chunky, all gooood! Also a weird fried concoction of leftover puy lentil salad with cubed tofu, red peppers, onion and parmesano, which was dry but tasty.

Evening snack - handful of hazelnuts, Sainsbury's "be good to yourself" rosemary pita chips, bottle of wheat beer! :D

Were the strawberries in the salad, wmenke? I've heard that it's supposed to taste good, but I never tried it myself.

Today was even worse than yesterday! My only saving grace is the orange juice I keep buying at the juice bar on campus.

Breakfast: bagel with margarine

Lunch: 16 oz fresh orange juice

Supper: 2 bowls of Koala Krisp cereal :o

I never have time during the day to get real food, and I'm too tired to cook when I come home :o

No - you're not nosey at all lol!! I watched the new James Bond DVD "Casino Royale" Hubba Hubba - Daniel Craig makes a VERY sexy James Bond!! :D

Today was my "cheat day":

1 cup of Earl Grey tea with soy milk.
2 slices of wholewheat toast with mashed avocado and salt & pepper.

Home-made nachos (baked tortilla chips, Amy's medium chilli with vegetables, vegan cheese, salsa).

1 soy iced latte.
1 large oatmeal cookie.

1 home-made portabello mushroom burger (wholewheat bun, shroom marinated in ginger miso dressing and then fried, onions, tomato, romaine lettuce and ketchup).
A side of Alexa Rosemary & Olive Oil potato wedges.
Sugary fruit drink.

About to have a couple of cookies and a few pieces of chocolate while I watch another DVD. Tonight it's "The Holiday". :D
