I watched The Holiday right before winter break. It was quite enjoyable, though not my usual type of movie. Enjoy the film!

today:

organic banana
bowl of organic cereal with rice milk, cinnamon, and dried currants

store-bought organic creamy portobello mushroom soup
garlic bread

very small portion of rice with okra-tomato-onion curry
2 pieces of naan

organic salad (baby spinach, tomato, 1/3 of a green bell pepper, radish, scallion, nut. yeast, ground flax seeds, olive oil, and salt)
small piece of bread with a slice of smoked Tofurkey

quite a bit of dark chocolate throughout the day

Yesterday

Breakfast: Puffed wholegrain rice, puffed amaranth, blueberry wheats, nut clusters, sultanas with soya milk.

Snack: Unsalted crisps, chocolate soy dessert.

Lunch: Leek and potato soup, 2 small slices of multiseed wholegrain bread. Pear, banana, orange, soy yoghurt.

Snack: Pear, apple.

Dinner: 2 Redwoods sausages, mashed potato, steamed broccoli, steamed petit pois, 6 Yorkshire puddings(:o), home-made thick gravy (made from water, yeast extract, cornflour, onion, mushroom, sage, basil, marjoram, parsley, onion powder).

The dinner was great, I will make that gravy again :)

yesterday's dinner was not exceptional, mainly because it was thrown together at the last minute by a group of poor uni students:

fusilli with pesto
tomoto salad and bread
lots of red wine
piece of vanilla cake
grappa

lunch:
salad: romaine and butterleaf lettuce, tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, vinegar
pears, apple, oranges, dates, banana

Breakfast: water, some grapes and 1 oranges
Lunch: 2 slices of rye bread with tahin, avocado,cucumber,salad and tomatoes
Dinner: aloo gobi, rice and a green salad
Supper: toast with hazelnut butter and strawberry jam

I am still following my weight loss diet.Its working! ;)

Today...
B soy milk cappucino
L Bag of 'diet' crisps, handful of dried cranberries
D really large salad with tomatoes threee types of lettuce, other leaves olive oil, two rice cakes
S Stir fried some beansprouts, cabbage and carrots in stock and ate that.. was stil lhungry as usual
too much coffee!

I wish we had redwood sausages and yorkshire pudding in America, they sound awesome!

breakfast: grapenuts w/ soymilk, coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer

lunch: black beans & brown rice, baked sweet potato fries

snack: red grapes, smoothie (banana, peanut butter, cocoa, soymilk)

dinner: tofu burger on wheat toast w/ ketchup, mustard & relish, sauteed cabbage & baby carrots, half a big oatmeal raisin cookie

currently: vodka tonic

raspberry quince tea

chili-black bean burger w/ sweet corn relish
roasted veggies w/ balsamic vinegrette (sweet potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, garlic)
earl grey tea
2 pnb sandwich cookies

cocoa spice tea
slice of tomato

pot of jasmine tea (Roxy's very good suggestion :) )

1/4 pizza (homeade dough, organic sauce, sweet onions, yves "pepperoni", green olives, soy cheddar, nutritional yeast)
blueberry-pomegrante juice

irish breakfast tea
2 cupcakes (coffee flavor cake part, vanilla icing, cocoa sprinkled on top)

Today:

1 cup of Earl Grey tea with soy milk.
2 slices of wholewheat toast with peanut butter.

Stirfried mixture of Yves ground veggie "chicken", organic onion, organic red pepper, corn kernals and mushrooms - cooled and piled upon a bed of shredded organic romaine. Topped with miso ginger dressing and a mixture of sunflower seeds, soy nuts and golden raisins.
1/2 wholewheat breadroll on the side.

1 cup of chocolate spice tea.
2 sandwich cookies.

1 cup of chocolate spice tea.
1.5 wholewheat breadrolls, toasted with earthbalance. Some with agave nectar and some with raspberry & champagne jam.
1 Belsoy chocolate pudding cup.

Today wasn't too good, because the soup at the health food bar on campus had cream in it, and I really wasn't in the mood for vegan chili

Breakfast: bowl of Koala Krisp cereal with unsweetened soymilk

Snack: 16 oz fresh orange juice

"Lunch": 2 plain pitas dipped in hummus :o (the only vegan thing besides the chili)

Snack: chocolate soymilk and about 1/3 a bag of corn chips.

Supper: bowl of strawberries dipped in agave nectar (too tired to cook LOL)

last night I had a big bowl filled with: chickpeas, yellow pepper, soy yoghurt, curry ketchup, lettuce, sunflower seeds.
I was still hungry after that so I filled the bowl again with: raw carrot, tomatosauce, kidneybeans and cucumber :D

I had a really bad day yesterday!

B: Malt loaf

L: white bagette with grated scheese, chilli chutney, cucumber and sweetcorn. Grapes. Packet of walkers baked crisps. Packet of whizzers chocolate footballs.

S: Cup of tea and a raisin biscuit.

D: Pesto pasta with veggie stir fry.

S: Packet of whizzers smarties :/

Today isn't shaping up so well either...too many crisps and choccie bars!! Plus i think i'm going out for dinner. Must not buy and more biscuits or chocolate for a while.

salad (radicchio, cucumber, tomatoes, olives)

I had:

Breakfast: toasted pitta bread with hummus and salad
2nd Breakfast: same again
Lunch: 1 trufree potato quicksnack
Snack: 1 glass of cranberry juice, 1 pear
Dinner: 2 baked potatoes with margarine, hummus, roasted pepper, salad and tofu grill sausages. Orange juice.

+ lots of tea and a glass of grapefruit squash

green apple
darjeeling tea
cupcake (coffe cake, vanilla icing, sprinkled w/ cocoa)

roobis chai
2 yves veggie dogs on organic flaxseed bread w/ homeade sweet corn relish
baked beans w/ maple syrup & onions
alexia oven fries w/ ketchup
green ginger tea

I am stuffed but I will probably have another cup of tea soon.

lunch: 4 mixed grain crackers
big bunch of grapes
a kiwifuit
half a scone with margarine
cup of peppermint tea

Dinner: will be tofu stirfy with lots of veges and rice noodles.

1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries and vanilla soy milk.

1 organic banana.
6.25 oz chopped organic strawberries.

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 piece of dark chocolate.
1 Belsoy chocolate pudding cup.

Veggie burger (wholewheat bun, veggie patty, tomato, lettuce, pickle, ketchup).
A side of fries with ketchup.

1 cup of chocolate spice tea.
6 sandwhich cream cookies because I felt like it :D

Cup of tea

Bagel sandwich (toasted bagel, soy cheese, tomato, vegan mayo, mustard)

Breakfast: Banana and Puffed wheat with soy milk

Lunch: Busy @ school.. no lunch for me.

Supper: Very hungry! A bunch of pita bread filled with soy turkey, hummus, bruchetta.. surprisingly tasty.
Toasted bagel with peanut butter and banana.
A number of handfuls of cashews and raisins.
