Breakfast- Pancakes, kumquats & soymilk

have yet to eat, but what I'm planing on -lunch- Mattar tofu, and oriental rice crackers with some drink.

yesterday...

lunch: three spring rolls w/ duck sauce, eight pieces veggie sushi, sweet plantains, a couple french fries, veggie fried rice, mixed veggies w/ tofu (mostly broccoli), diet pepsi

during our basketball game: a couple alcholic grape beverages

snack: smoothie (banana, peach, strawberries, vanilla soymilk)

dinner: three veggie dogs on buns w/ ketchup & mustard, grilled asparagus & corn on the cob, one glass red wine and the last of the grape drinks

pumpkin seed roll, tomato puree + cucumber slices
cherry tomatoes, 2 carrots

coffee + soya milk
banana

mixed leaf salad, caramelised apples + walnuts
radicchio risotto
homemade vanilla icecream, strawberries + very old balsamic vinegar

birthday celebrations:
orange juice, limonade
few olives, pistacchios + crisps

2 bowls Italian pea + spaghetti soup (JO recipe)

some spelt + sesame bread sticks
1 ginger nut bar

2 bananas

loads of sushi (I guess about 10 pieces- carrot + sesame, asparagus + wasabi, TVP + shiitake)

1 small bar spiced chocolae

soy boy ravioli w/ sauce and gimme lean "meatballs"
1 1/2 slices foccacia dipped in oil w/ basil and toasted

I had:

B: Big bowl of apricot wheats and soya milk.

S: Rasin biscuit.

L: Tomato and chilli chutney, cucumber, sweetcorn, lettuce and scheese sandwich on multigrain bread. A carrot and a packet of walkers baked crisps.

S: Doves cereal bar.

D: Lots of wild and longrain rice with mince made up of soya mince, red onion, mushroom, peas and a gravy made of soya sauce, vegetable stock and season-all.

Looking at this i really need to stop eating crisps at lunch, and stop snacking midway through the afternoon!

Eh Im trying to loose weight but theres just so much damn good vegan food everywhere :[

lunch: two veggie dogs on wheat bread w/ relish, ketchup & mustard, raw broccoli w/ goddess dressing, dark chocolate covered blueberries

snack: one piece 7 grain cranberry almond bread, green grapes, strawberries, diet pepsi

dinner: footlong sub w/ lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, green pepper, pickles, mustard, vegenaise & soy cheese

"Lunch": plate of fries (gotta love vegan options :mad: )

Supper: homemade sushi and 6 vegetable gyozas, to make up for my horrid lunch :D

Organic Weetabix with soy milk and a chopped banana
Humous + roasted pepper sandwich on a granary roll, with soya spread
Lots of bulghar wheat + apricot salad- bulghar wheat, pumpkin seeds, red skinned peanuts, chopped apricots, olive oil, garlic, white wine vinegar
Braeburn apple
Box of strawberries, another apple, 1/2 orangeNot sure what to have for dinner yet, probably brown rice with whatever else i can find :)

Woke up after a few hours sleep after nightshift and had:

Smoothie with banana, golden flaxseeds, frozen mixed summer fruits and a glug of apple and mango juice.

I made really tasty raspberry and almond muffins today, so I've had a couple of them :)

For dinner with housemate made tomato-garlic-herb "meat"balls from country herb sosmix with added tomatoes, garlic and extra herbs, rolled into balls and baked, and to go with those had potato wedges, cabbage lightly sauted with onion and soy sauce, and some boiled peas and sweetcorn.

I made bread rolls with a mix of strong white and wholemeal flour and rolled oats, and used some of the dough with the leftover sosmix to try to make croissant style pigs in blankets - didn't come out quite how I was expecting (and looked like dog treats!) but tasty nonetheless - had a few of those but they were only small.

Today was way better than yesterday for me.

Breakfast: fresh juice of 5 oranges and 1 grapefruit. Bowl of strawberries and sliced banana dipped in agave nectar.

Lunch: 2 vegan rolls, some plain boiled potatoes and a green salad (sometimes my cafeteria has vegan food :) )

Supper: leftover sushi, and some homemade apple crumble for dessert :D

jelly-filled vegan donut (from here (http://www.vegantreats.com)) :D

late lunch/early dinner:
organic salad (baby spinach, big tomato, scallion, 1/2 of a green bell pepper, 1 radish, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, ground flax seeds)
bread with a slice of smoked tofurky
dessert: 1/2 of a triple berry cheesecake piece (also from here (http://www.vegantreats.com)) :D ... OMG, unbelievably goooooood!

snack:
1 organic mango

organic whole grain cereal with silk plain yogurt, cinnamon, ground flax seeds, and dried currants
1 organic banana

running low on sugar around lunch time...
a little bit of dark chocolate

late lunch/early dinner:
organic salad (baby spinach, 1/2 of a tomato, scallion, 1 radish, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt)
bread with a slice of smoked tofurky
1/2 of a slice of death by chocolate mousse cake from same place as my treats from yesterday...yum, yum, yum!!!

I'm on a weightloss plan (my own creation), so here it goes:

Breakfast - Coffee with Silk creamer. 2 small slices of Whole grain bread with "egg-salad" and sliced cucumber.

Lunch - Spicy Thai "Chicken" salad with romaine lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, red onion and leeks.

Snacks - 1 apple and brazil nuts.

Dinner - Small whole grain Veggie sandwhich. 1 cup of vegetable broth.

I can't wait for my "cheat" day (on Saturday) when I'm going to have a HUGE slice of vegan "Devil's Chocolate Cake"!:)

breakfast: two pieces of toasted 7 grain cranberry almond bread, one w/ earth balance & the other with pb, green tea

lunch: veggie franks & beans, cauliflower florets w/ thousand island dressing, dark chocolate covered blueberries, diet dr. pepper

snack: green grapes, peach soy yogurt

dinner: handful of potato chips, spinach & strawberry salad w/ lemon peppercorn dressing, frozen meal - black beans, veggies & mango over kashi pilaf

after work: cranberry apple tea

for breakfast again i had my homemade museli - it really rocks!!

rolled oats, bran flakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, raisins, chopped dried apricots, chopped dried figs, smashed almonds, walnuts, cashews, goji berries - today i had it with a mashed banana & soya milk.
