- Buckwheat Noodles in Miso Broth.
- 1/2 Mango. 1/2 can Mother Energy Drink.
- Lots of Raisins
- Aduki Bean & Kumera Burger on a Rye Bun w/ Avocado, Tomato, Mixed Leaves & lots of organic ketchup

update...

that museli lasted me up to 12.45!! and i ate it at 9am!!!!!

for lunch; toast with vegan pesto, sliced avocado, vegannaise & lots of watercress inside a toasted sandwich with juice...

..for dinner i'm planning redwoods 'fishless finger' sandwich - i really fancy it! with tom sauce

...and i bought some lara bars today for later :)

I slept in, missed breakfast, and had to forage for a packed lunch rather quickly :(

2 (hastily cut and very wonky!) slices of homemade bread
Mini pot of hummous
3 cherry tomatoes
Packet of plain crisps
1 pear
Cranberry juice

4.30 Snack: 3 peanut butter cookies, 1 large (yet annoyingly taste-free) apple, multivitamin tablet, 3 cups of tea :D

Dinner will be 2 bean burgers, oven chips and peas followed by strawberries.

Yesterday:

2 cups of Blue Lagoon tea.
1 bowl of cornflakes with strawberries & vanilla soy milk.

1 Yves veggie lasagne bowl.
4 mini choc chip cookies.

1 veggie burger and fries.
1 piece of "Noh" pie (vegan date, nut and banana cream pie)
1 small pot of Mama Naam tea (strawberry leaf, nettle, licorice root, rose petals).

smoothie (pnb, bananas, unsweetened soymilk)
awake tea
echinacea tea
cinnamon bun

edamame
blt (smart bacon, tomato, spinach on organic flaxseed bread w/ nayo)
cinnamon bun

garlic hummus w/ flax & ww crackers
many more cups of tea throughout day

tofu scramble (w/ spinach, mushrooms, hash browns, onions, spices)
english muffin w/ earth balance & blueberry jam
orange juice

second breakfast: pb & banana sandwich on toasted 7 grain cranberry almond bread, coffee w/ french vanilla soy creamer

lunch: veggie franks & beans, cauliflower florets w/ thousand island dressing

snack: apple, two nori rice cakes, coke cherry zero

Those enchiladas look SO good! Could you post the recipe? ;)

Breakfast: shredded wheat with plain soymilk and organic sugar

Lunch: bowl of vegan chili with some plain corn tortilla chips on the side

Supper: a Money veggie medley burger (I was looking for Boca Burgers in the store, but they didn't have any and these were the only other vegan ones. I was nervous about all the whole vegetable pieces in there, but it tasted really good!)

dessert: bowl of strawberries dipped in agave nectar

Today:

2 cups of Blue Lagoon tea.
4 pieces of toast - 2 with Earthbalance & agave nectar and the other 2 with peanut butter.

1 Yves Spicy Italian Sausage with ketchup.
Salad (organic herb salad mix, avocado, organic radish, tomato, miso dressing).
A few pretzel crisps.
1 cup of blueberry juice.

1 cup of maple/vanilla tea.
8 organic mini choc chip cookies.

1 bowl of Amy's No Chicken Noodle Soup.
1 Belsoy caramel pudding cup.

The were so good. I'm pretty sure the recipe is on vegweb, it's called cheesy bean and cheese enchiladas.

i am on my own tonight so i'm having a kids nursery dinner; redwoods schnitzel, hash browns and baked beans...:)

Today i had:

No breakfast, i got up at 11 :rolleyes:

L: two white part baked rolls and a salad made of beetroot, cucumber, carrot, mushroom and sweetcorn.

S: 3 hazelnut biscuits and some almonds.

D: Country slice, mash potato, peas, baby corn and brocolli.

I still can't stop myself snacking mid afternoon, i don't know why! It's so annoying. At least i've stopped eating crisps with my lunch for now though.

B: Porridge with soya milk and agave syrup, goji berries and sultanas.

S: An apple and cup of green tea.

L: Huge peanut butter and banana sandwich on organic wholemeal bread.

S: 2 glasses fortified soya milk and half an avocado.

D: Big vegan thali at Hansas vegetarian restaurant in Leeds - mixed veggie curry, chickpea curry, daal with plain rice, 2 chapatis and some mango pulp dessert sprinkled with coconut. Yummy :D Very full now!

breakfast: shredded wheat with soymilk

lunch: a wrap on a whole wheat tortilla with hummous, shredded carrot, cucumbers and sprouts. Small carton of chocolate soymilk

snacks while making dinner :D : 2 veggie gyozas, and a few banana chips

dinner: bowl of butternut squash soup with 2 whole wheat buns with earthbalance

dessert: bowl of sliced bananas with soymilk and sugar

1 cup of coffee with silk creamer.

Salad: organic chickpeas, organic red pepper, organic radish, corn, miso dressing.

1 diet pop.

1 Yves veggie burger in between toast with earthbalance and ketchup.
Salad: organic herb mix, tomato, avocado, organic radish, miso dressing.
A few pretzel crisps on the side.

About to have a cup of chocolate spice tea and some cookies :D

breakfast: vanilla soy yogurt topped w/ grapenuts & blackberries, cherry coke zero

lunch: salad (mixed greens, spinach, cucumber, grape tomatoes, celery, roasted garlic hummus), two pieces wheat toast, chocolate pudding cup

snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, oj)

dinner: cheesy bean enchliadas w/ guacamole, sauteed spinach & squash w/ garlic

perhaps some red wine when I get home...

small bowl thai rice soup with lemongrass + green onions

2 pretzels

falafel in pita bread with addional chickpeas, carrots, onion, olives, raw red cabbage and tahina

leftovers- one small cup of Indian eggplant curry, curried potatoes and urid dhal

1/4 pineapple
1 cup vanilla soy yoghurt

huuge carb craving... spaghetti with basil pesto, spaghetti with olive oil, chilli and garlic (one pasta plate each) :rolleyes:

parsnip and brown rice soup
panisse and tomato salad
strawberries

an orange

bread with two types of un-cheeses from the Uncheese cookery book. One is made from white beans with herbs and the other from tofu both quite nice.
