Vegan Nachos

1/2 cup nutritional yeast(i go with the flakes)
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed

1/2 cup margarine
2 1/2 tablespoon wet yellow mustard

enough water, bout 2 cups, to to make a sauce.

Mix dry ingredients and toast on stovetop. Add water and stir until it thickens. Once it boils put margarine(vegan) and add the mustard.

Pour over chips and enjoy. Not the healthiest of snacks but delicious. You can add whatever you want to it... Make your own version of nachos.

Thanks! What if I use the nutrional yeast that's not in flakes? What's the difference?

It will just be "cheezier" experiment and see how nutritional yeasty you want the nachos.
