Aloha-Anyone from Hawaii??

I'm new to the forum and a brand new vegan. Are there any vegan cooking classes or demonstrations in Hawaii?? I have a lot of great vegan cookbooks, but I need help using my dehydrator and sprouting my own sprouts!
