5 My homemade coffee & walnut cake (see The Cake Scoffer by Ronny, available from Animal Aid)
6 Chocolate banana cakes (same book, DIGC recommended!)
7 Tofu, the wonder-food!

1. Vegan icecream. Toffetti and first glace make the best.
2. garlic and herb cheazly spread and strawbery jam on rice crakers.
3. egg free tortilla's.
4. veggie Samosas, onion baji, pakora's and varies curries made with artificial meat, lentils, and or veg.
5. fried tufu, rasher, onion and tomato relish and ketchup sandwhiches.
6. making waves scampies and chips.
7. toasted sandwhiches (I've posted all my favorites in the sandwhich thread)
8. spagetti made with bolognase sauce, mushrooms onions, garlic and soya mince.
9. Yofu.
10. vegan pastie's with mini backed potato, cheezly and backed beans. I like potato skins.

There is a lot of other food I like. I could go on for ever.

Fallafel (with green salad and grated carrot in pittas)
beancurd rolls (beancurd "skins" with mixed veg and mushroom from a local Chinese)
mock duck (Hoi sin sauce and pancakes!)
mangoes
strawberries
my homemade flapjack
pease pudding (and yellow split pea soup)
home made minestrone
home made chocolate cake (Leah Leneman's recipe, with vegan "buttercream" filling!)
aubergine (especially sizzling in blackbean sauce!)
spinach and potato parathas!

and anything else lovely!

3: pancakes w/maple syrup, vegan ice cream and home made coulis
4: vege dogs w/mashed potato and fried mushrooms (comfort food)
5: roast kumera risotto
6: deep fried potato rolled in pita with tabouli, hommus and salad
7: vegan pizza (yay)
8: vegie burgers (lentil, fake meat, tofu... you name it!)
9: vegan banana or carrot cake from Pronto Brontos

1. Apples
2. PB and Banana slices on Whole Wheat bread
3. Amy's vegan cheeseless veggie pizza
4. Vegan Boca Burgers
5. Vegan Choc. Chip Scones from whole food
6. Banana Chips mixed with dried fruit
7. Grapes
8. Applesauce
9. Chips and salsa (especially hot peach salsa)
10. Peppers

I don't really think i eat much else besides salads and tofu and soy milk, i basically just eat lots of fruit, pb, whole wheat bread and low carb tortillas, and veggies.

Those things are the most horrible things I've ever tasted

well atm I haven't had the chance to sample many things
bute here are a few

sorbet i made
vegetarian pasties with sesame seeds
teriyaki brown rice
black bean and vegetables
sweet and sour vegetables
peanut satay sauce and vegetables
I havn't had much stuff to make with pineapples yet but pineapples are wicked so I wanna try make pineapple stuff, I might tey making some caramel swirl with pineapple bars hehe
I really wanna make some cakes and desserts and things, really wanna find something that is just so great and easy

Cryospark, the original Boca burgers aren't vegan, but there's a specific brand labeled "Vegan". You can check their website, I think, and see their different products.
And I don't know how you can't like pumpkin seeds! :)

top ten fav vegan foods
1. spinach, mushroom, onion, and tofu sautee
2. cucumbers
3. chips and salsa (hot HOT salsa)
4. tempeh with vegan bbq sauce
5. deep fried cauliflour
6. spinach and cranberry and walnut and grape salad
7. pretzels with no salt added and hot mustard
8. vegan burritos
9. pita bread with hummus and cucubmers and tomatos...mmmm
10. mashed potatoes and corn and peas all mixed together... (this is what my family eats on holidays..so its like a special special treat for me!)

If you were stuck on a deserted island and could eat one food (or combinations of food such as a certain type of sandwich etc.) what would it be and por que?

I'm not quite sure what my food of choice would be as of yet, need more time to ponder, but I figured I'de give you all the question and chance to answer in the mean time. :p
