Does anyone have any idea what I can do with this stuff now I am vegan? It's a jerk marinade from Jamaica (so not a powder). I used to use it on chicken and it was wonderful...at the time...but I don't want it to go to waste. Any ideas?

I've had jerk tempeh which tasted pretty good...

Either jerk seitan or jerk tofu would be my first thought.

Or maybe you can use it as a seasoning *in* dishes and not necessarily as a rub? *shrug*

I've got some tofu in the fridge so might give that a go tomorrow :) Haven't tried tempeh or seitan (?) yet, couldn't see anything like that in the shop, will take another look!

Just thought - it would probably work well with large mushrooms too (and they are much easier to find than seitan/tempeh!)
mmm - got my tastebuds tingling now :)
