Bananas and apples - at least one, usually 2-3 a day.

Wholemeal bread and peanut butter - every morning, without fail! :o

Mango - I'm having a very strong craving for mango at the moment.

Also... rice, tofu, chickpeas, porridge and avocado.

I have houmous with red, orange or yellow peppers for breakfast most days.
Oh, and I drink alcohol almost every day too (though I've just started a month of not drinking).

A food I have been making a lot of recently is channa masala.
It's so simple to make, and SOO good to eat. Saute onions, add a can of crushed tomatos, and some chickpeas. Simmer and add curry. Add a grain to go with it (pieces of bread, or some brown rice etc...)
YUM!

Our everyday staple is homemade wholemeal/white bread with pumpkin seeds in it. It also usually has either sunflower or sesame seeds added. This is usually accompanied by homemade hummous or peanut butter.
