I added you to my LJ Tiger Lilly, but I'm yet to really use my LJ to blog.

I find these vegan resources AMAZING, and thought I'd post the links just incase some vegans weren't aware of them.

http://community.livejournal.com/vegancooking/profile

The above link has the most amazing resources of places for recipes as well as many mnay recipes of all kinds and food talk in their memories.

http://community.livejournal.com/veganfoodpics/profile

People post pictures and recipes of the vegan food they make. Inspiring and mouthwatering.

http://community.livejournal.com/vegan_cookoff/profile

A vegan version of the Iron chef. An ingredient is posted and posters make dishes using the ingredient, only to be judged by other posters over whos dish was the best.

http://community.livejournal.com/veganpeople/profile

Mother of all vegan places, discussion, questions, huge resource list and links to other LJ vegan communities. Very active place.

Apologies if everyone has heard of these places, just wanted to bring them up incase they haven't been explored.

Hey everyone,

We have been shooting our show, G living Live and GreenChefs now for months and we haven't found a good Vegan High End chef yet. Anyone know of amazing Vegan chefs in the L.A. area? If you do, send them over to http://greenchefs.tv or show them the shows at http://gliving.tv/shows

All of the food shows so far feature vegan raw food. It's vegan, but we don't have any cooked foods yet. The show and site are all really high end and we need some non raw chefs... so keep a look out.

Also found great recipes in the esperanto wikipedia at http://eo.wikibooks.org/wiki/Kuirlibro:Receptoj - about half of it is vegan. My first place to find a humus recipe!

I like vegweb.com too. It's awesome, with the yummy pictures!
Sometimes I get recipes on youtube.com actually. You can watch vegan cooking videos, just type it in the search area.

My Sweetie and I have a blog that we started in honor of Vegan MoFo (Vegan Month of Food). It is about cooking, eating, food, restaurants, kitchen stuff, etc.

We have multiple recipes posted (along with pictures).

The blog will also cover things local to Eugene,OR so it will be good for people on here that live in/near Eugene and visitors (in one of the posts so far I ranked multiple places http://hungryhungryveganos.wordpress.com/2008/10/03/and-the-rahzh-goes-to/).
