This is from a book called "Rush-Hour Recipes". Too bad it's not a vegan cookbook, because all of the recipes are super fast to make! But there are still lots of recipes I can make, and it's usually no trouble to adapt some of the others. I love this broccoli recipe, so I had to post it here.

1 lb (about 4 cups) fresh or frozen broccoli, cut up
1 Tbsp margarine
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp granulated sugar

Steam (or boil) the broccoli until tender-crisp (or as tender as you like). While broccoli is cooking, mix remaining 5 ingredients in small microwavable cup or dish. Microwave on high for about 1.5 minutes until boiling and slightly thickened. Drizzle over broccoli. Toss until well-coated. Enjoy!

My best friend makes something similar, but it also has green beans and cashews. Very delish, especially with rice.
