ACV will do a lot of good to your body. In particular if you have problems related to the lungs, if you drink some daily, you might see an improvement after a few months.

ACV improves your overall health. But has a direct impact on the lung. I consume about 3 table spoons per day. It really does wonder.

If you do decide to try it, the taste is absolutely awfull. You'll probably hate yourself for drinking it. But if you do decide to give it a go, make sure to buy it in a non-transparent container. Light, just like for milk, do damages to the product. In case you want to know, I use this one;

It is certified organic & Kosher.

I buy it in a gallon container. I also know that Heinz is/was manufacturing ACV, but last time I checked some years ago, it came in a transparent container.

Oh, one more thing, I don't use a table spoon to take it, but a small medecine cup. I take it all in one shoot, a lot less painful this way http://veganforum.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif

I love the taste and function of apple cider vinegar and so does my family. I use it on vegetable, grain and bean dishes and make sauces, dressings, dips, marinades, tonics and more out of it (uncooked). Raw is best and kept in glass is a must.

You are right! It can be used in all the ways you described it.

Up until a few years ago, I always drank it with honey and hot water. And did that for years. I was satisfied with the improvement in my health. Some personal "situations" (that I cannot describe) got completely cured. And no medecine existed to solve such "situations".

But I then decided to take it raw. And to my astonishment, the benefits were a lot greater. I don't understand why taking it with honey and hot water in a cup is not as good as taking it raw, but for me it was a huge difference.

I take a swig every morning. It increases my circulation as I naturally have problems with it. I also use it on my hair, and it balances the pH on my face and helps keep my acne away (when I use it that is!). I put it on all my salads along with flax oil. I just feel so much better when I use it, and I LOVE the taste. I use Bragg's apple cidar vinegar as it is organic, raw, and unfiltered and made in wooden caskets.

yes to cedar and foxy!

it definatly does have benifit for those who suffer from asthma!

can't hurt to try!

i use braggs too. its the best ive found. plust some brands are pasturized wich pretty much negates any of the good actions of it... :confused:

edit: oh, well i guess sniv said that, but i found it really stupid that some companies would do that...
