My own favoured one for healing is healing imagery, where you imagine the healing of the injury, disease or illness.

I'd like to hear more about this, Gliondrach! Sure, it does sound rather straightforward, but still, do go into detail, please! :D

Thank you, Martin! I guess I should've tried searching the forum for "healing imagery" before posting this thread! :o Oh well.

Years ago, I did relaxation exercises for my migraines. The "healing imagery" which you speak of sounds even better.

I'm off to try it right now with some relaxing music! Wish me luck!
