Raw spaghetti maker :)

I'm not sure if spaghetti marrow would do the job, too, or whether it only goes spaghetti-like when it is cooked.

No its ok, you were quite right. My message doesn't belong in this thread! Todays diet is appalling!
It wasn't deliberate - I ate 3lbs red grapes because I like the taste and because I'm naughty. It's never happened before. I'm not usually naughty! And I ate the bananas and orange because they happened to be sitting next to my computer. And then I felt guilty about all the grapes and thought I'd better have an avocado to balance all the sugar. And now I'm too full to eat anything else. So I probably won't eat anything else today. Which makes todays diet extremely unhealthy :(

What did you eat today?

There's nothing naughty about having grapes. Maybe you can get a good raw foods cookbook or find a good website for better raw food ideas?

That many grapes would give me a yeast infection because of the high sugar content.

I eat loads of sweet foods and never had a yeast infection in my life! :D Although I shouldn't talk, because who knows about the future. :p

Okay, I plan to update this post after i eat more today [it's morning..] but i wanted to see what you guys thought of my breakfast. Did i eat too much? :o

2 med. bananas
4 lg. strawberries
1 lg. organic kiwi
15 raw almonds
3 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup hemp-flax granola

I mixed and chopped all that together and i ate it as like a huge salad of awesome greatness. lol. I had a big cup of tea to go with it... so is that just a huuge meal? I feel like it is, but maybe its a good breakfast.. idk.

I try to eat healthily but Ive got to say that I just love my junk vegan food (apple pies, chocolate, syrup puddings). Its true that I can eat most of the things that non vegans eat, so I still have to watch my diet and be careful!:(

Doesn't sound a lot to me, but I don't know what hemp/flax granola is.
My other half says there is cyanide in almonds so you should not eat to many in one go. I don't know if this is true or not.

There is cyanide in apricot kernals and almonds are related, but I've never heard of them having cyanide in them. I think your other half may have got them mixed up.

Today I ate:

organic oats and soy milk.

protein shake with nuts and seeds etc.

banana
orange
apple
plum
grapes
pear.

For dinner I am having

pesto pasta with basil, sunflower seeds etc.

I drank
apricot juice
several cups chai tea
green and jasmine tea
lots of water

apple
