Hmm. I'm not immediately aware of any (I suspect a Google search might turn something up), but there is a card issued by FirstUSA (which got bought by and changed name to Bank of America) where a percentage goes to Best Friends Animal Sancuary ( http://www.bestfriends.com/ ), the nation's largest (I think) no-kill animal shelter. The card has the Best Friends logo and artwork.
