For those of you who have Leah Leneman's Easy Vegan Cooking - make a double quantity of the chocolate cake recipe, and make two cakes. If anyone wants this recipe, just ask and I will post it here. Then I spread LOTS of macadamia butter on top of one of the cakes, and assemble the second cake on top. It has to be cooled though. Then I Ice the cake with Sweet Williams chocolate spread and sprinkle crushed macadamias on top. It is REALLY rich. I have a picture and when I get time, I will post it.
