Silken Tofu

I bought some silken tofu today but I have no idea what to do with it. I'd really appriciate if anyone could point me in the direction of a good recipe.

Its firm mori nu if it makes a difference.

MMMMMMMMMMM scramble it. Fry some onion, garlic, mushrooms and maybe some red pepper then add the tofu with a pinch of tumeric, a splash of tamari and mash it... wait till it turns all crispy. I eat it like this with baked beans and vegan sausages or n waffles and drizzled with maple syrup. :D :D

Well said Catmogg :) Cheesecake is the only way to go. I'm eating a bit of chocolate cheesecake now :D
