the deal with all those buffets would have been great if it wasn't for the unacceptable side of things. Cheap, easy, handy and well everywhere. Shame they were numb in the head when it came to hygiene, employment law and morality. Ah well

you've added over 100 more posts in a couple of months than I have in a year and 3 months, so the forum must be be preventing you from having an extremely sore head indeed.

this is true and it is working fairly well as it happens (apart from when I get really frustrated with my work and want to break things lol)

...don't fancy peeing off Chinese restaurateurs and giving them my home address after the Cook Report a few years ago lol
Nice generalisation there Braddo! I imagine I may have been somewhat offended by that if I was a Chinese restaurateur.

hence the 'lol' was meant to be Tongue in cheek. Though we do have to remember that the Chinatown Chinese Association condimned police and border control actions to find illegal workers and their employers stating that there would not be nearly enough Chinese workers left in the area. It would seem therefore that whilst one cannot say it true of every Chinese restaurant in soho for certain, that there are serious problems throughout the industry.

just like I would say that Irish pubs in England have ilegal Irish sky cards. I am yet to see one that didn't (conspicuous by the presence of RTE and TG4 on the tv)

Hey, I thought I'd post an update on the vegan meal with my friends.
We ended up going to Peking Palace and everyone loved it.
Here's a few photos (sorry, they're all Facebook links because my Photobucket is messed up):

Sweet and sour chicken:

Special fried rice (including vegan king prawns!):

Stir fried vegetables:

The photos don't really do the food justice, it was delicious. There was a bit too much fake meat for my personal taste, but my omni friends really enjoyed it. Very reasonably priced too; no more than £20 a head.
