thanks roxy!

i lost another 1/2 pound. :D woohoo!

ill also be walking around alot today.

i pretty much know what ill be eating for the day.

today:

breakfast:
-bowl of brown rice w/ v. butter and soy sauce
dinner:
-fries
-salad
-diet pop

maybe some fruit as a snack aswell.

i ended up eating:

breakfast:
-bowl brown rice w/ v. butter and soy sauce
-banana
-chocolate soy milk
dinner:
-deluxe baked potato (baked potato topped with cheese sauce, leftover taco meat, butter, bacon bits)
-watermelon

yay i lost another pound. so 6 in total now. weight sure drops off quickly when you only eat when youre hungry!

today i didnt eat very healthy. we went to my step brothers graduation which was two ferry rides and a few hours away. i would have eaten healthy but my sister decided to buy a bunch of chips for the road :rolleyes: and then my dad bought us dinner on the ferry.

today:

breakfast:
-banana
snacks:
-couple handfuls chips w/ hummus
-few sips of sisters smoothie
-few bites of sisters gelato
dinner:
-fries
-few bites veggie chili
-diet coke
late snack:
-6 peices veggie sushi (brown rice, seaweed, carrots and cucumber w/ wasabi and tamari)

i also walked around alot in stillettos today. phew.

today i didnt eat very much as i wasnt very hungry. and i woke up really late.

today:

-watermelon
-cup oj w/ calcium
dinner:
-6 peices brown rice sushi
-watermelon
-tea

yes LOL. had to go to surry to see step brothers graduation. but i wouldnt have had time to stop. we had to rush the whole time!

Im getting back into it now. Seeing some improvements already in my shoulders, back and arms. Starting swimming again next week. I was doing 75 plus lengths so it will be interesting to see how many I can do before they call the lifeguard (young and gorgeous I hope;)).

today i lost another pound.

i have to get a physical today by my new doctor. im dreading her telling me im overweight and need to lose weight. :rolleyes:

Awwwww bummer! Well I live quite far from Surrey anyways, so it probably would've been difficult for us to meet up.

lol definitely roxy!

i actually lost 2 pounds today, rather than the 1 i said. so thats 8 in total. jeez. today im going to have a bit of a cheat day i think.

-brown rice chips w/ couple tablespoons of guacamole
-2 cups oj w/ calcium
dinner:
-veggie burgers and fries w/ diet coke

Today I did 2 fitness classes in a row - Body combat and then Body jam. phew. I dressed in camouflage as it was a launch :cool:

I ate fairly healthy although yesterday was too disgraceful to mention :eek:

am i the only one trying to get fit and healthy these days :p whered everyone dissapear to?

Computer problems last week for me! :p

I broke down and weighed myself, and I acutally lost another pound!

Wooohooo...that's about 12 lbs in total now. :D

I still haven't worked out since memorial day weekend...which was like 3 weeks ago. :( I am worried about that, but I have been really busy plus my leg is still bothering me and my boyfriend hasn't had time to go with me either! :mad:

My jeans are falling off, so I may be able to wear the next size down now. If I get get 2 sizes down, all my clothes will fit again... :rolleyes:

Next weekend we are going camping, so lots of outdoor hiking, walking, etc. i am pretty excited about it. I am even taking Friday off work and driving up with my doggie, and then my boyfriend and friend(s) will join me later when they get off work...so, I will have part of the day to myself in the woods! I plan to bring lots of yummy vegan food like sloppy joes mix and Tofurky sausages. :)

-4 gluten free pancakes topped w/ v. butter, defrosted strawberries, maple syrup and a little organic powdered sugar
-1 hashbrown pattie
-2 peices homemade v. bacon
-tofu scramble

i started out this morning eating romaine roll ups (mock tuna spread on romaine leaves w/ light catalina dressing. i ate like 10 leaves of romaine! phew im stuffed) and a bite of choccie chips w/ peanut butter.

and about 5 cups of water.

i hope to do pilates today.

I have taken up with my personal trainer again. I am starting next week. I dunno how I will have time for any of this????

good job maya! im sure itll work itself out!!

today:

breakfast:
-romaine roll ups (romaine lettuce leaves filled w/ mock tuna and light catalina dressing)
snack:
-bite of chocolate chips mixed with natural peanut butter
lunch:
-half bowl full of mixed peas and carrots topped w/ vegan gravy
dinner:
-leftover breakfast (hashbrowns, tofu scramble and gluten free pancakes topped w/ strawberries, butter, maple syrup)

lots of water today aswell.

also went for a long walk.
