Last month was my one year anniversary of becoming vegan...I made a few mistakes at the start (and probably still do unintentionally), but I feel great for doing my best at being a vegan:D

on december 16th of this year, ill have been vegan for 3 years. never thought it would happen.

i always cook up a huge dinner on the 16th. with alllllll the trimmings hahaha.

Hehehe. I have to find a good recipe. A lot seem to require a graham cracker crust and all the graham crackers I find contain honey. :(

You can use pretty much any cookies for that kind of crust - I use ginger nuts when I make lemon tofu cheesecake, I think that's a really yummy combination :)

I'll have been vegan for 10 years next February. I may have to have a party :D
