Carrot sticks are just slices of raw carrot. You can just buy whole carrots and clean/remove top, chop the carrot in half, then quarters, then cut those peices lengthwise so you have long sticks.

I like savory stuff in the morning too.

there are lots of fake meats, sausages, bacons, etc. Try www.Lightlife.com for products. I like to eat sandwhiches in the morning with whole grain toast, veggies, spread (olive spread, avacado, flavored mustard) and slices of tofu. Make sure you buy the kind of tofu that comes in water and needs to be refridgerated (like this stuff - >www.whitewave.com). Tofu in the tetra packs is very soft and much better for something like a dessert or tofu scramble.

Tofu scramble is yummy, basically just mash up tofu in a frying pan with sauteed veggies, tumeric, salt, pepper, and whatever spices you like. You can buy premade tofu scramble mix - >www.fantasticfoods.com but i belive someone said tofu scramble is no longer available in canada. Anyway, some of their other products are and they are cheap, most are vegan, and you can make them and heat up the next day (chili mix, taco mix, sloppy joes mix).

Tofu scramble heats up well too, and can be made in the microwave depending on if you want to add raw veggies, no veggies or sautee them seperately.

Amounts depend on what you like and how much you want to eat. I luse 1 pack tofu, and add enough veggies so it is a one-to-one ratio. i don't measure, just throw in what I like.

Good Luck!

Good snacks are nuts, seeds, dried fruits, fresh fruit, raw veggies.

Or, you could have a small packet of noodles or can of soup. check out www.Amyskitchen.com and www.thaikitchen.com They make tiny packets of rice noodles that you can make by adding hot water, or in a microwave.

I usually eat some nuts, fruit, or medjool dates as snacks.

Luna bars are yummy. www.lunabar.com

You might want to go to www.veganlunchbox.com (http://www.veganlunchbox.com) for some lunch ideas. Jennifer Shmoo packs a lunch for the little shmoo for school and posts it there and gives out loads of recipes too.
