vegan hash recipe

The hash recipe was in La Dolce Vegan book. I used Lightlife Sausage Roll and the potatoes were grated I think, not mashed. If you don't have the book and want the recipe I can post it. (Where should I post it?)

Here is the vegan hash recipe Cherry was interested in. Sorry it took so long to post it. I've been too busy eating donuts!!

Vegan "Sausage" Hash
1 c vegan "sausage" chopped (I use Lightlife and crumble it up)
1 small onion, chopped
2 T vegan margarine ( I use Earth Balance)
1 medium potato, peeled and grated
2 T soymilk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

In large saucepan over medium heat, saute "sausage" and onion in margarine until onions are translucent. Stir in potato, soymilk, salt, and pepper. Fry until potatoes start to brown. Stir and continue frying until done. Serves 2.
