Veat Recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe to make VEAT brand breast or nuggets? It's a bit pricey and it has whey protein in it so I would like to make a vegan version with the same great flavor. Include spices, measurements, etc. with the recipe and if there are alternative recipes out there using TVP I encourage ya'll to share please. Thanks.
