Well, most packaged goods might contain soy, so the best thing would just feed him whole foods (like beans, whole grains, vegetables, fruits...). For a 'milk', there's rice milk, almond milk, other nut milks, and oat milk.

Other yummy ways of proteins for kids:

Indian food recipes- lots of lentils and chickpeas=good for protein (but make it not too spicy for the kid)
hummus on pita or veggies
rice & beans
bean soups and stews
wheat gluten made into chikn nuggets, etc.
bean burrito
loose nuts and seeds (he only doesnt like them in butters?)

Yes. Soya's not that good anyway.

Company's need to stop putting soy protein in everything. But there's plenty of recipes on this site you could give a try.

If you want a really healthy vegan diet for your family, that has all the nutrients you need, try this one: http://drmcdougall.com/free_1.html

(But don't forget your B-12)

I actually lost a non-returning 20 pounds on it, and it even focuses on carbs.

I don't mean any disrespect, but was that healthy for you to lose that amount of weight?

I'm only asking as I see that your profile says that you're 15 and I always assumed that your teens are your growing years.
