You've been to CT? I love being able to go to ION and not ask if the wine is vegan, etc. The owner grows most of the veggies at his home. The tofu is made locally across town.

I was just at UCONN Sunday for a nightshade family lecture. That place is its own city! How did you end up across the globe?

I moved here right after graduation for a "change of scenery" I guess.

What state do each of you in the USA live in? I need to know where to move to when I move out. :D Also, if you are comfortable in telling, which city? I live in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Not far from Berkeley, CA. Many vegans here.

I live in Syracuse, NY (: I love it here because we get all of the different season, so it's the best of all worlds. And the food here is pretty amazing!

I have been living in northern Minnesota since 1993, but I grew up in Columbus Ohio. I love the beautiful scenery up here, although I miss the more mild winters in Ohio.

Seattle, WA. In terms of the U.S., it is a pretty sweet place to be.

I come from the Rogue River Valley --- Oregon. Beautiful place. If you're down to earth and enjoy the arts and festivals, go here! (Most vegan friendly of the towns would be Ashland)

Currently I live in the District of Columbia and have been enjoying my visits to the vegan restaurants and even some vegan bakeries. Not as awesome in terms of vegan choices in NYC or San Fran from what I've been told- but it's pretty good. I still ultimately recommend Ashland though!

Hello, I'm new. I live in Oklahoma, "beef" it's what's for dinner state. I've recently jumped back on the vegan train, and was previously a vegetarian, thanks to my daughter.
