bout live exports

Chained in a crate and all alone
no mothers milk to call their own
why are the butchers so very cruel
dont they know one of gods rules

thou shalt not kill is what he said
and give us all our daily bread
he did not say all slit the throats
of darling calves pigs and goats

and make them suffer a life of pain
just so greedy farmers can gain
love one another be kind and good
be a vegan - you know you should

If everyone did this one thing today
the exporters would all go away
and the next big lorry that we all see
will be bringing soya milk to you and to me

A very good poem. A talented poet and a compassionate soul. You must be very proud of her.
