Oh, I LOVE the lack of huntsman spiders. It's always stressful when we get them, because I have this giant phobia of spiders, but I don't want them to be killed. Unfortunately, last time I had a nervous breakdown over it and dad called the ...spider-getter-awayer people. =( I just wanted dad to take them outside when they came in.

Yes, pretty much! And I'm a bit of a dud, because I have a fan in my room that I use for about a week of the year, but no heater O_o .... I was born in QLD =D

I saw that you said that you lived in Rocky(in another thread)-god that must have been a bit of a shock moving from there to Tassie. I lived in Rocky for 6mths (hubbys work), and it was really warm there in winter.Thank god we left just before summer hit, because according to the locals it gets REALLY hot. I love the heat, but not that hot!:p

16 in Sydney as i type, I'm a tad cold wrapped in a blanket i really should put socks on but that requires getting off my nice warm chair :undecided:
But i grew up where we had to put the dish washing liquid and oil in the fridge so it didn't freeze who knew oil comes close to freezing. and we didn't get any water till AM at the earliest so i really cant complain these days but i will :satisfied:.
hope everyone else is enjoying there long weekend so far the rain has held of yay

LOL well I was only a kid when we lived in Rocky, but we lived in other parts of QLD for a while and it sucked when we moved - and the sole reason mum and dad had for movie to Tasmania is because it's the furtherest away from Grandma :D I can't say I mind the distance!

feels like about minus 4 in Bendigo. It's been one of those depressing dull days that never warms up at all. I was so cold when I got home this afternoon I stood under a hot shower to warm up and I'm on tank water!!!
