Vegetable Bake

Hey all

Looking for a vege bake, something I can modify to put brocolli, portabello mushrooms, and corgette in. Have a few lentils, chickpeas and black beans etc handy as well if need be...

Can't find anything on the net - any suggestions?

Everyone who's tried the loafs from it say they are really good. Maybe it would work for what you want?
