need recipes using soya flour, millet, amaranth..

Hi peops, trying to use up stuff in our cupboard. Anyone got any suggestions for something nice using up any of the above ingredients? :o

I bet you could make some sort of pancake with it. Do you have any "No Egg" ? Or mix in some oil, make a dough and then fry it like a chapatti.
That's what I would do. :D But then I'll try anything.. once.

I'm thinking about using up my soy flour for some soy milk. The other things I suggest looking at the thread for "how to make nice things everyday" sorry if that isn't word for word but someone on there posted a GREAT looking recipe for grain salads. I ought to be making some myself!
