I've just cooked A LOT of kidney beans. I did it for it's too much work to do it everytime I want some beans. And it's sooooooo much cheapier than buying canned beans.

HERE'S MY PROBLEM : How can I store them? I mean except for freezing them. Can I put them in jars for several weeks?

Sorry, I was going to suggest freezing them (or using them to make veggie burgers and freezing them that way). But it seems that freezing is out of the question.

You could can them, but you would need to have the right equipment and stuff in order to can them sucessfully. There are probably a good many sites that can tell one how to can beans properly without running risks of them exploding in the fridge or developing bacteria.

If you can eat them up in a 4-5 days time, then storing them in regular storage bowls will get you on. Otherwise, look into canning.
