i made these the other day, along with these variations:
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
few drops liquid smoke
1 small onion, fried
1 tbs nutritional yeast
1/2 cup brown rice flour instead of potato flour
and i added more spices, like marjoram and thyme and garlic powder
i used 1 tbs of ketchup instead of tomato paste
and also, i added the spices to the mix, and just threw it all into a food processor and then fried them in sausage shapes. (whats the point in rolling them in spices? that doesnt add much flavour to the actual sausages)
these variations make them taste more 'meaty'.
