I've been picking a lot today. Organic Chemistry is killing me. :(
I had a culinary disaster in the kitchen yesterday. It was my first vegan meal disaster. I made coleslaw, courtesy of a vegan recipe blog, and it was disgusting. Oh well, I had to pick a bad recipe one of these days!
I'm also PMS'ing bad so this is my not very healthy meal so far today:
Breakfast: spinach smoothie
Lunch: tempeh bacon, "cheese", onion, avocado on two pieces of toasted bread with hot sauce and nayonaise. Ketchup on the side for dipping, dill pickles, and salt chips also on the side.
Snack: Salt chips topped with slices of avocado and drizzled with hot sauce. So good...but gross.

For breakfast I ate a big bowl of Puffins Original cereal with light vanilla soy milk, and a banana/kale smoothie. For lunch I made my own hummus out of kidney beans, avocado, and Roma tomato on a large loaf of whole grain bread, the rest of the banana/kale smoothie, and an apple. I have not had dinner yet... :lol:
