A slice of the cheesecake they do in Holland and Barrett.
A chilli bhaji I purchased from Kabhi Kabhi indian takeaway in Leicester. It's a very large green chilli, stuffed with spicy paste filling, coated in a chickpea batter and fried ... eaten cold.... and very yummy.
Leftovers are always the best thing for lunch at work :)
Fried up some portabello (or is it portabella?) mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, black olives, parsley, and garlic in vegetable oil and a bit of balsamic vinegar. Threw in a bag of snap peas and some grapes for munching on throughout the day. Those are long gone, but I'm pretty full!

Newly discovered carob syrup (mmmm!) on my left over porridge with soya milk from this morning. It was surprisingly extremely delicious :)

Well...
Just awhile ago I ate some very fresh bosc pears, nectarines and bananas.
I had a little peanut butter with the bananas.
I tried to eat mindfully even though I was outside footing it.
Soft bananas don't do well for dipping in peanut butter but OTOH hard ones aren't so flavourful.

Just finished plate of beans and leeks with a lemon and thyme dressing. Nice :)
About to go and cut a piece of baguette and spread some Earthbalance and raspberry jam on it.
Smartdog (vegan hot dog), macaroni salad (recipe from Vcon i believe...), and a red pear (soo sweet, makes me feel naughty!).

Coleslaw ,wholemeal bread sandwiches,- I eat the wierdest things in the mornings!:D I think I'm going to eat an advocado now,
i had a huge pancake for breakfast and now i'm munching on a large carrott.
when i was at my first primary school they called me 'Bugs Bunny' because i was always munching on carrots.
What they didn't know then, is that part of the reason i love eating raw carrots is that the crunching helps quell my anger!!! rrrrrrr!!! :p

When I can be bothered to go and heat my lunch up I will be eating baked avocado with tomato sauce, barley cous cous and salad with a Good Oil and balsamic dressing.
Not eating this right this second, but earlier at band practice, my friend's mom made Gazpacho especially for me and the vegetarians. It was awesome.
She had home-made hummus too. I like her. :)

A banana, to keep me going until I get out to lunch in about an hour when I'll be feasting on last night's leftover seitan & veg stirfy with udon noodles. Roll on lunch time....
I'm eating chocolate cake for breakfast (naughty boy), and there are bourbon creams knocking at the door.
I just binged on cereal and soya milk, rounded off with a rather good espresso coffee. I shall be digesting like a python till dinner time, methinks. :lol:
