Ah, my fridge is stocked full of fresh fruit and vegetables. I'm having a wonderfully tasty day.
B: Smoothie: Banana, mini cucumber, kiwi, peach, blueberries, strawberries, soymilk.
L: Pita with Yves veggie turkey, tomato, mushrooms, onion, cucumber, green pepper, lettuce, garlic hummus. Cup of butternut squash soup.
S: Two rye crackers with peanut butter (yay peanut butter!) One plain rye cracker, a few baby carrots, a couple almonds and a bit of granola.
D: Miso soup. Small salad with lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, cucumber, green pepper.
Two oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!
Drinks: Two coffees with soymilk, lots of water, pomegranate green tea, vanilla earl grey tea.
Oh man, my first cookies in three months.

most of a litre carton of vanilla rice milk
an incredibly ace bean goulash and butterfly pasta (i've been thinking about making this for days..is like a childhood comforty food thing for me :o)
lemon cupcakes..yeah..been making cupcakes..again :rolleyes: (my gawd..they're nice)

Toast with Tomor spread (one of the tastiest vegan margarines, in my view)
Half a bag of Sainsbury's chilli pretzel mix :o
Smoothie: tropical fruit juice, flax seeds, frozen tropical fruit chunks, a banana, fortified soya milk.
Now eating some courgettes someone gave me from their allotment, fried up with garlic, peppers, mushrooms and italian herbs, with Fry's hotdogs, cold nut loaf and boiled potatoes.
Quite full at the moment :)

emma i dont think this is bad. it sounds healthy, and the cupcake and beer are treats. youre allowed treats!
the cupcakes sound like theyre to die for!!!
what do you mean mushrooms on toast? how are the mushrooms cooked/prepared? it sounds yummy.

Dinner ended up being Leek, Courgette and Tomato flan, runner beans and new potatoes all washed down with Ginger Beer. Will probably have some fruit and Vanilla Swedish Glace later.

around 2 apples and 2 nectarines
afternoon lunch: a plate and a half of yummy salad. cucumber salad, colesaw salad with nuts and yummy mustardy mayo, bean salad. 1/2 an avacado
about 5 mandarin things
about 3 or 4 bits of bread with marg on
handful of soya nuts
late night feast: 3 or4 vegedogs. half a bit bread with it, vegan mayo, mustard and loads of marg over them, ketcup.
loads of cold water we keep in the fridge
half a banana.some more mandarins
yay no junk food today.

That's true! I believe all West-Coasters are similar...although...I am, in fact, originally from BC (I was born in White Rock and spent my "formative" years in between Washington and BC.):D:D:p

1 cup of coffee with light vanilla soy milk.
1 apple muffin.
Some chocolate.
A handful of tortilla chips.
1 oatmeal square.
Salad: organic spring mix, organic tomato, organic avocado, organic cucumber, pan-fried "chicken" fillets in a zesty lemon herb rub, cranberry viniagrette.
12 cups of popcorn, some with cinnamon sugar.
3 squares of dark chocolate.

- I made a salad! A whole avocado, mixed leaves, tomato, snow peas dressed in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Breakfast : Cereal with oatly. Strong black coffee.
Snacks: Oat cakes with cashew-butter.
Lunch : Baguette with rocket, beetroot, tomato, onion and mushrooms. Packet of crisps.
Dinner: Left over leek, courgette and tomato flan (cold), baked beans and chicory in cheesy sauce.
Currently enjoying a smoothie made with orange juice, banana, apple, pineapple and strawberries.

For breakfast, I had a bagel with toffutti cream cheese.
For lunch, I had baked ziti.
For dinner, I had a vegetable dish with "chikn" strips.
I also had tons of coffee and energy drinks.

DINNER:
Probably a soup or something. It's kinda hot so I want a salad but I have no fresh vegetables in the house and I don't get paid until the bloody 10th September. OH NO!!!!

L: Pita with garlic hummus, chickpeas, tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, onions, green peppers. Mushrooms and cucumber on the side with garlic hummus. Two small pieces of watermelon.
S: Five spoonfuls of Hemp Maple ice cream. SO FREAKING GOOD!!!
D: Stir-fry: Brown rice, cauliflower, baby carrots, broccoli, and "It's All Good" Gardein brand Veggie Chik'n Breast in an herb dijon marinade...as long as they're vegan. If I don't get an answer from the site (or from someone on here who knows), I'll go buy some tofu and have that with it instead.

Oh, yes. That is good. The cherry variety is particularly fine too.

I ate better than I have done in over a week today, which is probably a good thing. I had lunch, dinner and a bit of snackage...
Sweet potato with hummous and a side salad for lunch.
Some Green and Blacks chocolate that lovely Alice from work and her housemate Sue bought for me for late working munch.
And Stir fried vegetables with some rice for dinner. Loads and loads of fresh vegetables, was reet tasty! :) Oh, and a bottle of vino too. Hurrah!

In the end for dinner today I had:
Hollowed out baked courgettes, filled with fresh garlic, a rice and green lentil mix, fresh basil, chopped tomatos and butterbeans. Sounds random.....but it was yummy!
