Nails
Hi
I am a new vegan and am eating mainly raw and gluten free. My nails have become very brittle and my skin very dry. Is this a passing thing or is there something I am missing? Apart from that I am feeling excellent and thinner :)
Any ideas would be welcome

Hi, if you haven't already looked into omega oils, especially omega 3, you might want to. Sorry, can't find a vegan link at the moment but this explains it a bit https://www.vegsoc.org/fatscholesterolomegas You could try including flax oil or crushed flaxseed in your diet and see if it helps.

Nice to see you posts. You are feeling thinner and happy . I am also trying to lose my weight , but, I don;t know when I will be thinner as like you dear.
