cool site, thanks. I had never before heard about cows milk causing acne until a couple months ago. Once I cut it out of my diet ( not even the tiniest amount in something ), my acne that I had my entire adult life cleared up. I haven't had dairy for about 2 months. My (younger) ( know it all ) sister says that I have made my milk sensitivity worse by not keeping it in my diet. :confused:

Piper you are lucky having a sensitive body telling you what is not good for you.

Yep, cow's milk often causes acne and bellyaches and even runny noses. Think it's just our bodies naturally rejecting what's not healthy to eat. Since I stopped drinking cow's milk, haven't had any of those troubles anymore.

By the way, Silk Soymilk is really yummy, especially the chocolate flavor. All the flavors taste better than cow's milk to me.

i think all vegan sites are good, it's nice to know there are like-minded people in the world!
