No-cook chocolate truffles

I made a batch of these yesterday and they were delicious. Not particularly bad for you either - almond butter is full of healthy fats - so I don't feel too guilty about eating rather a lot of them!

Looks lovely :) Where do you usually buy almond butter from though? I've never seen any health shops selling that kind of thing.

In Ireland I was able to get it in Holland & Barrett, and good independent health food shops too.

I'll have to have a look, don't think they have it in my local one but maybe they'll have it in a larger shop.
