Ignore the dead flesh bit of the recipe, the sauce bit looks ok, obviously using marge or oil instead of butter.
Not tried it myself but that's sort of how I would make it, although it seems a lot of cornflour for the amount of liquid - I suppose it depends how thick you want it.
