Banana, blueberry, spinach and flaxseed smoothie (yay I finally bought a blender!)
Veggie burgers, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans and sweetcorn all drenched in about a cup of gravy.
Bean and oat burgers with lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes (http://www.holycowvegan.net/2011/03/...s-burgers.html but I used smoked paprika instead of chili powder, I think it was a good call!)

Veggie tacos made using spring onions, peppers, chilis, tomatoes, romaine lettuce and avocado.
Portobello, avocado and hot sauce sandwiches - OMG!

I finally tried tea for the first time today and now I'm sort of addicted, also all my avocados ripened at the same time... :D

Bread from fresh ground barley, br rice and rye with rice milk to wash it down, veggie and bean stew (kidneys, chard, pumpkin, and yellow squash, onion, bay and rosemary) and millet.

I'm getting extra pay but it turns out I have one day off in between (**Yay**)

Lunch: Mediterranean couscous with tomato pasta sauce, salad, houmous, cheese & silken tofu & nooch, custard & jam, maple bacon pretzels
Dinner: Seitan, roasted new potatoes, veg, gravy. Crisps & houmous, another apple
Drinks: Coffee, tea, beer, hot chocolate
