They (Kim & Ralf Kalkowski) also have just recently opened a vegan coffeehouse called Cakes & Treats.

Wildly popular as Kim is also the author of a very popular German cookbook on vegan bakery and a successful vegan caterer specialiced on cakes, e.g. for weddings.

Andy_T, what is the cookbook called? Quickly tried looking for it on Amazon, but no luck...

Hi pusskins, as far as I recall it is called "vegan wondercakes" published under Kim's nom de guerre "kim wonderland" (the name of their online shop is " vegan wonderland"). You should also be able to find her on facebook with that name.
