I have been in Seattle and eaten so much good vegan food that I meant to post here but have been busy...I am now in Boulder, CO where there is also vegan food aplenty :)

-lunner was a vegetarian buffet we just discovered (very exciting!):

I have never had cinnamon raisin bread, but I found a vegan recipe and I think I'll make it very soon, I have a bread making machine :)
It was Rudi's Organic brand, not homemade, but it was still pretty good.
I'm afraid I can't get any raisin bread here, let alone vegan raisin bread. Veganism forces me to prepare food myself, but that's good :)

They are little asian dumplings filled with various things...the vegetarian ones are filled with veggies like cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, and tofu. They are boiled and then lightly browned in oil so they remain soft, and are then served with dipping sauce. The ones I had yesterday I bought frozen and then prepared from there...I didn't make them myself. They were still very tasty!
