I think I'll give it a try. I usually make cheesecake with tofu but since Cauldron tofu is now all watery and manky, it will be interesting to use vegan cream cheese instead. I may even have a bash at the vegan Yorkshire pud recipe. Last time I tried to make Yorkshires, they came out all flattish but worse than that, they were harder than the soles of my shoes (not that I've eaten many shoes recently).Quote:

My friend made a raw vegan cheesecake out of cashews and fruit for thanksgiving this year, it was the best cheese cake... vegan or non vegan I have EVER had.
I have never found a vegan cheesecake I like, they are either "rubbery" or have a weird after taste T_T
