i agree too :D
I have some left over corn. I think I might make the corn fritter recipe that's in the breakfast section! I've only got half a tin of corn left though, so I'll split the recipe in half.
wow those look yummy! do tell me how they work out.
I can't wait to start cooking and baking some of the stuff shown on Cherry's website... need to get into cooking my own stuff, and what better place to begin! :D
Cranberry - I was just going to post this link! I'm glad I looked first! :)Quote:

From somewhere in California, Randomgirl.com, has some very easy recipes, very homey. Great carrot cake, Indian eggplant, Penne alla Vodka.
And a Canadian site, Bryanna Clark Grogan , who has authored a number of vegan cookbooks. She has some great ideas for holiday cooking. I am going to try her pumpkin pie and pecan pie next week.
I added you to my LJ Tiger Lilly, but I'm yet to really use my LJ to blog.
I find these vegan resources AMAZING, and thought I'd post the links just incase some vegans weren't aware of them.

The above link has the most amazing resources of places for recipes as well as many mnay recipes of all kinds and food talk in their memories.

A vegan version of the Iron chef. An ingredient is posted and posters make dishes using the ingredient, only to be judged by other posters over whos dish was the best.

Mother of all vegan places, discussion, questions, huge resource list and links to other LJ vegan communities. Very active place.
Apologies if everyone has heard of these places, just wanted to bring them up incase they haven't been explored.
Check out this massive database on vegan and veggie cooking..:) .. You will find everything here.. from Pizzas to desserts.:)

Hey everyone,
We have been shooting our show, G living Live and GreenChefs now for months and we haven't found a good Vegan High End chef yet. Anyone know of amazing Vegan chefs in the L.A. area? If you do, send them over to http://greenchefs.tv or show them the shows at http://gliving.tv/shows
All of the food shows so far feature vegan raw food. It's vegan, but we don't have any cooked foods yet. The show and site are all really high end and we need some non raw chefs... so keep a look out.
Wow, that site is great!
I like www.vegweb.com
I 've got a a few recipes on my site under http://green-village.tk
and more to come...
Also found great recipes in the esperanto wikipedia at http://eo.wikibooks.org/wiki/Kuirlibro:Receptoj - about half of it is vegan. My first place to find a humus recipe!
Mmmmmmmmmmm :) Thanks for those Matts :)
i want to share a vegan recipe blog by my friend and i. a lot of vegan recipe sites are for decadent things like cupcakes or pies or things like that. our vegan recipe site is healthy and even has things for dogs.

I like vegweb.com too. It's awesome, with the yummy pictures!
Sometimes I get recipes on youtube.com actually. You can watch vegan cooking videos, just type it in the search area.
I find the best recipes come from vegan food blogs. Here are a few I watch regularly, and most of them have links to tons of others (and pics too!):

My Sweetie and I have a blog that we started in honor of Vegan MoFo (Vegan Month of Food). It is about cooking, eating, food, restaurants, kitchen stuff, etc.
We have multiple recipes posted (along with pictures).
The blog will also cover things local to Eugene,OR so it will be good for people on here that live in/near Eugene and visitors (in one of the posts so far I ranked multiple places http://hungryhungryveganos.wordpress...rahzh-goes-to/).
