Co-op spice mixes

The co-op do some spice mixes, some of which are labelled vegan.

The Chinese style spice mix seems to work well. I made some stir fry with it, with just a bit of oil and soy sauce added, and it was delicious.

The Thai style spice mix is dominated by lime leaf, but made an interestingly flavoured rice dish. Though, I've noticed that the new ones in the shop are now labelled as only being vegetarian, not vegan.

There's also a Mediterranean spice mix. When I tried to make a stew with it, the result wasn't wonderful. But I added a fair amount, with some mixed herbs, to some sosmix. The result was interestingly, and I think nicely, flavoured. Particularly important for me since I find standard sosmix a bit bland.
