Beer battered tempeh, fries, and sauteed collard greens. Served smothered in malt vinegar, and dipped in a tarter sauce made from vegenaise, capers, olives, pickles, lemon juice, etc.

Pretty good, I've made them before but they were far too fishy for my taste last time and it put me off. They're just slices of tofu with a strip of nori, battered and deep fried.

Oh man, I am loving this thread! So many delicious options! As a newer vegan, I have been stressing over things to bring to our families Christmas gathering this year (ideally food that would win over vegan critics) but now I have tonnes of ideas :) Thanks to everyone who has contributed!
Super easy dinner we make several times a week- Broiled tofu (this one has garlic salt and rosemary) and steamed broccoli, to be eaten with BBQ sauce and Buffalo sauce... way yummier than it looks!
