Raymond Francis: "Dairy and excess animal protein"

I don't know anything about Raymond Francis, and I'm generally skeptical when people claim any kind of 'cure-all' eating plans - because disease is about more than diet, and because not all the diseases which are generated by unhealthy diets can be cured by just changing the diet.

But Raymond Francis heseems to share some important info related to the topic of this subforum ("Animal products and health"), which is all about whether humans really are well adapted to a diet inclduing animal products.

If animal products make us sick, we obviously aren't well adapted to such a diet.
