Re: Vegan Breakfast Treats Question
Hello - these croissants that you bake yourself are (or were) vegan http://www.jusrol.co.uk/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductId=16 The only thing is, they are quite hard to find. Sainsbury's used to have them at one point but I'm not sure they do now :(
Someone else may know about the cornflakes. You might find it easier to cultivate a taste for something slightly different - for example, you can get vegan bagels fairly easily (good with hummus). Muesli is often vegan (check the ingredients) and can be delicious especially if you add fresh fruit.
Re: Vegan Breakfast Treats Question
Hi
You can get the Croissants that Harpy mentions in Morrisons & Asda (they also do a Pan Au Chocolat).
With regards to the Crunchy Nut Cornflakes you could try Maple Frosted Flakes with some nuts thrown in.
Re: Vegan breakfast treats
Can you? Morrisons and Asda here I come (if I can find one). Does it have to be a big branch?
I've never ever found the pain au chocolat one anywhere :pissed:
Re: Vegan breakfast treats
I think I've only seen them in quite large branches, maybe you could give a branch a call before going to make sure they have them?

Good idea, Firestorm. Actually there's a Morrison's in Wimbledon where I often go anyway so I should have a look in there (unless I already did when we had the last vegan croissant discussion  :) )
