I made the best caeser salad with cashew-garlic 'parmesan' .. also, tofu fish sticks and tartar sauce!

I just had a really nice birthday dinner- a vegan Thali (tasting) plate in a vegetarian/mostly vegan Indian restaurant about 10 minutes walk from my flat called Veg World India. There were two curries (one black lentil and one tomato-coconut), naan bread, basmati rice, coconut raita and a spinach baji. There was also some complimentary popadoms with mint chutney and tamarind sauce and some spicy/sugary/anisey mix of nuts and sweets. Yummers! :)
Breakfast: Shreddies & Vivesoy soy milk, apple, pear, peach
Lunch: Tesco tomato cob & Tesco strong soya cheese, salad, provamel blueberry yoghurt.
Dinner: Chickpea pickle, spring roll, potatoes, veg. 4 peaches & Alpro soya cream
Snack: Veg, fruit & murray mints
Drinks: Water, chocolate coffee, Pepsi Max, Monster sugar free energy drink, beer (strawberry & raspberry flavours)

It was! Infact, I had exactly the same breakfast and lunch today :)
For dinner: A roasted portabello mushroom stuffed with a veg/nut/breadcrumb concoction. Sweet potato puree and corn on the cob. Then strawberry jelly with strawberries blueberries and soya cream.
Tonight i had a big mug of homemade chai and a date/walnut/pumpkin seed graze box. Yum.
I made and ate a chocolate cake, recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. What better way to celebrate a Tuesday!

I am having trouble staying away from soy clearly :p...although I have been reading up on the Jack Norris and Vegan RD website that maybe soy isn't that bad if you are already hypothyroid? IDK...still deciding.
